Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective learning strategies to drive business outcomes in the banking industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs using various methods such as classroom instruction, online courses, or on-the-job training.
- Analyze program effectiveness through metrics tracking and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 10-19 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and stakeholder engagement techniques.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams as a business partner rather than just an L&D; specialist.
