About the Role

IshvaraTech Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, automation, security, monitoring, and production reliability.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in modern DevOps practices and an interest in using AI, AIOps, and automation to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated release processes.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar tools.
- Manage development, QA, staging, and production environments.
- Automate infrastructure, deployments, configuration, monitoring, and repetitive operational tasks.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, alerting, and performance tracking.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, application, and production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, secrets management, IAM, container security, and infrastructure security.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, high availability, scalability, and cloud cost optimization.
- Use AI-assisted DevOps and AIOps for anomaly detection, log analysis, incident triage, RCA, predictive monitoring, and automation.
- Maintain DevOps SOPs, technical documentation, standards, and release governance processes.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and Management teams to ensure reliable and efficient releases.
- Mentor team members and continuously improve DevOps practices.

Required Skills

- Strong Linux administration and Shell/Bash scripting skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP




- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools
- Understanding of networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, load balancers, firewalls, IAM, and cloud security
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar tools
- Strong Git and repository-management knowledge
- Python or similar scripting/programming experience
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

AI and Modern DevOps Exposure

Experience or interest in the following will be an advantage:

- AIOps and AI-powered observability
- AI-assisted troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- LLM APIs and AI-powered automation
- AI agents and workflow automation
- Automated incident analysis and documentation
- AI-assisted infrastructure and deployment management

Please note: This is not an AI/ML Engineer position. We are looking for a DevOps professional who understands how AI can be practically applied to infrastructure, automation, security, reliability, and engineering operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience managing production and high-availability environments
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases
- Experience with microservices and API-based architectures
- Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications will be an advantage
- Experience with cloud cost optimization and disaster recovery
