Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer/Senior Developer to join our engineering team based in the vibrant tech hub of Goa. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services that power our core product offerings.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps specialists, to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

By leveraging up-to-date architectural patterns, you will directly influence the reliability and speed of our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our global user base while contributing to the long-term technical roadmap of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js to ensure high availability and low latency for our end users.
- Design and maintain effective RESTful APIs that facilitate seamless communication between microservices, enhancing the overall modularity of our system.
- Optimize database performance by writing complex queries and managing data schemas across both SQL and NoSQL environments like MongoDB to support data-intensive features.
- Integrate cloud-native solutions and CI/CD pipelines on AWS to automate deployment cycles and improve the speed of feature delivery.




- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate services via Kubernetes, ensuring consistent performance across development and production environments.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members to uphold high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Proven ability to design and manage microservices-based architectures, ensuring loose coupling and high cohesion within distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in database management, including the ability to model data effectively in MongoDB and perform complex operations in SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS and a solid grasp of DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD workflows.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage projects independently.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced, agile environments.
