Job Requirements About the Role

As a Developer within the Current Age business unit under the Information Technology function, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software modules that address both internal and external banking requirements. This role is pivotal in resolving complex business challenges and ensuring the stability and scalability of our engineering platform. You will contribute to the execution of product development in alignment with project plans and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the development team to identify technical roadblocks and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to shaping the technology stack and architecture for new features and applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces and integration flows.
- Write clean, efficient code using various programming languages, tools, and frameworks.
- Review code written by peers and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Gather requirements, perform bug fixes, conduct testing, and support implementation.
- Develop and deploy native code for customer-facing platforms.
- Explain complex technical issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.




- Apply integration design patterns to build middleware systems from the ground up.
- Ensure interoperability and compliance with web services standards.
- Design system specifications and standards to develop robust solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.

Secondary Responsibilities
- Implement security, logging, auditing, policy management, and performance monitoring for end-to-end processes.
- Provide regular status updates and reporting metrics to program leadership.
- Contribute to timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
