Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (NIGHT SHIFT)

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting IT problems, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the organization’s IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems, software, and applications.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions in Active Directory or M365.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Support printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other peripheral devices.
- Ensure anti-virus, patching, and security policies are up to date on all systems.
- Handle incident logging, tracking, and resolution through the IT ticketing system.




- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and office moves as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience in Active Directory, user profile management, and group policies
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience
- Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, ITIL Foundation
