Urgently looking for a Remote Technical Support Engineer (L2-L3 Level) who is having a good Experience in these categories as shown below: -

- Windows Server & System Administrator.
- Backup Administrator and Setup.
- Remote Monitoring Management Tools like Kaseya, Datto, ConnectWise or Ninja etc.
- Office365 Administration and Email Migration.
- End User Technical Support.
- Ticketing Tools like Autotask or ConnectWise Manage.
- Patch Management.8. Communication Skills should be very good (This is Must)

Note:-1. Full time shift

- Work from Home. (Own Laptop & Valuable Internet must)
- MSP Experience preferred.
- Must have experience to handle US/ Canada Clients. (Min- 3 Years) -Voice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
