Responsibilities

- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.

- Resolve Windows, Microsoft Office, email and software issues.

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and basic network connectivity.

- Provide technical assistance to users and maintain support tickets.

- Maintain IT asset records and coordinate repairs with vendors.

- Escalate unresolved technical issues and follow up on resolutions.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience.

- Practical knowledge of Windows, computer hardware and basic networking.

- Good troubleshooting, communication and customer-support skills.
