We are looking for a fresher Desktop Support Engineer to provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

- Install and configure Windows OS, applications, and drivers.

- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.

- Assist senior engineers with onsite IT support.

- Maintain IT asset and service records.

- Handle user queries and resolve issues within the required timeline.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and networking.

- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.

- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Willingness to learn and work in an onsite support environment.

Freshers with good technical knowledge and immediate joiners will be preferred.
