Key Responsibilities

Handle corporate interior and managed office design projects from concept to execution. Understand client requirements and develop functional workplace design solutions. Prepare test fits, space plans, layouts, mood boards and design presentations.

Create and review 2 D drawings, detailed drawings, elevations, sections and GFC drawings. Develop and review 3 D models, renders and walkthroughs. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.

Work closely with Sales, Projects, MEP, QS and Procurement teams. Conduct site visits for due diligence, measurements and design coordination. Ensure designs meet approved budgets, timelines and quality standards.

Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution. Support material, furniture and finish selection. Guide junior designers and manage design deliverables. Applications and Tools
