Vision System

Design &

- Development

- Design and develop vision systems for automation applications, including hardware selection, integration and programming.

- Collaborate with mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration of vision systems into existing automation setups.Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams for seamless integration of vision systems into machines and automation lines.

B. Programming &

- Configuration

- Develop and optimize algorithms for image processing, pattern recognition, and defect detection using software tools such as Cognex, Keyence, or similar.Configure and program industrial vision systems using platforms such as Keyence, Cognex, or equivalent.

- Configure and program vision cameras, lighting systems, and other components to achieve desired performance metrics.Optimize vision parameters to improve accuracy, repeatability, cycle time, and robustness.

C.

System

Integration

- Integrate vision systems with PLCs, HMIs, robotic systems,



and other automation equipment to enable real-time decision-making and controlEstablish communication between vision systems and PLC/control systems for real-time decision-making.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth operation of automated systems.

D. Testing, Validation &

- Commissioning

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of vision systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency.

- Develop test plans, execute tests, and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through the use of vision automation technologies.

E. Documentation &

- Training

- Provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on the use and maintenance of vision systems.

- Create detailed documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
