Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer - Transportation with 10-14 years of experience in the planning, design, and review of transportation infrastructure projects. The candidate should possess strong expertise in road and highway design, junction/intersection design, traffic estimation and management, and experience in metro project bid reviews and PWD projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and review roads, highways, urban streets, and transportation infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and verify geometric designs, pavement layouts, and highway improvement proposals.
- Conduct traffic studies, traffic forecasting, capacity analysis, and traffic management planning.
- Design and evaluate at-grade and grade-separated junctions/intersections.
- Review technical proposals, tender documents, and bid submissions for metro and transportation projects.
- Coordinate with government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders for project approvals.
- Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH, PWD, and relevant national/international standards.
- Support project planning, feasibility studies, DPR preparation,



and detailed engineering activities.
- Provide technical guidance to design teams and mentor junior engineers.

Preferred candidate profile Experience in major highway, urban transport, metro rail, and government infrastructure projects.

- Exposure to EPC, HAM, PPP, and Design-Build projects.
- Experience in dealing with PWD, NHAI, Metro Rail Corporations, and other government agencies.

This role requires a technically solid transportation professional capable of leading design reviews, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality transportation infrastructure solutions.
