Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our team in the Pharma Machine Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical design, with experience or a keen interest in utilizing SOLID EDGE software for product development. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and skill enhancement in the pharmaceutical equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop components and assemblies for pharmaceutical machinery, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Use SOLID EDGE to create 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed engineering designs for machine components and systems.
- Collaborate with senior design engineers to refine designs, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Conduct design calculations, simulations, and testing to ensure functionality, performance, and safety.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including design specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and manuals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide support for prototype development and testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies in the design process.




- Provide assistance in the selection of materials and components for machine construction.
- Support the manufacturing team with design clarifications and revisions as needed during the production phase.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D;, production, and quality assurance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with SOLID EDGE software (preferred) or other similar 3D CAD tools.
- Understanding of mechanical design principles, including material selection, mechanical systems, and tolerances.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and machinery (preferred but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a cooperative team environment while also being able to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

- Experience in the design of machines or systems for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly.
- Experience with other CAD software, such as AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks or SOLID EDGE.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (e.g., GMP, FDA standards).
