We are hiring for a ‘Deputy Manager’ for one of our esteemed clients for Pune having experience into WFM,Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling.
Experience - 8+ years
Location - Pune
Shifts - US Shifts
Work Mode – Work from office

- Strong knowledge of WFM concepts and methodologies.
- Expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Intraday Management.
- Good understanding of Shrinkage, Occupancy, Utilization, Service Level, AHT, and Adherence.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- Experience with WFM tools such as Verint, NICE IEX, Genesys, Aspect, eWFM, or similar platforms.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
