We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as Deputy Manager - Learning & Development at our Mumbai Head Office.
Key Requirements
✅ 2-4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
✅ Experience in conducting classroom and virtual training programs
✅ Hands-on exposure to LMS administration and reporting
✅ Training content development and training effectiveness measurement
✅ MIS reporting and dashboard preparation
✅ Robust communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
✅ Preference for candidates from Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance or Financial Services organizations
