Job Purpose:

The DGM of Supply Chain &

- Warehouse Operations will establish, scale, and manage our central warehousing and supply chain hub located near Manesar. The position assumes complete accountability for end-to-end electronics inventory management, inbound component import clearance, automated warehousing, and 100% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery to OEM production lines

Key responsibilities:

- OEM JIT / JIS Delivery Management: Build and run high-reliability supply pipelines synchronized with Maruti Suzuki (MSIL), Honda, and Hero daily assembly sequences, ensuring zero OEM line starvation.

- High-Tech Electronics Warehousing: Direct operations of ESD-safe, climate-controlled warehouse facilities dedicated to automotive microcontrollers, PCBAs, displays, and sensors. Implement SAP S/4HANA (WM/MM) and WMS automated scanning workflows.

- Material Planning &
- Inventory Control:

Lead Material Requirement Planning (MRP), buffer stock management, milk-run scheduling, and continuous inventory accuracy (>99.5%).

- Import Logistics &

- Customs Clearance:

Manage international freight, port-to-warehouse customs clearing, and tariff compliance for imported electronic components and semiconductors.

- Vendor &

- Logistics Partner Management:

Oversee 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and local transport fleets operating across the Gurgaon-Manesar-Bawal auto belt.

- Lean Logistics &

- Continuous Improvement:

Enforce 5S, Kaizen, FIFO, and Kanban operational standards to eliminate transport damage and optimize warehouse throughput.

Qualifications, Skills, &

- Experience

- Experience: Minimum 16 years in Automotive SCM &




- Warehouse management, with explicit leadership experience in the Manesar/Gurugram industrial belt servicing MSIL/HMSI/Hero.

- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical preferred)

- Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred.

- System Proficiency: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM/WM modules, WMS integrations, RFID/barcoding systems, and Maruti Suzuki e-logistics portal interfaces.

- Leadership: Proven capability to build and lead large teams across material handling, logistics, inventory audit, and fleet dispatch operations

Critical experiences required to be ready for this job:

- Mandatory experience in Automotive Electronics Component Logistics &
- High Tech Warehousing domain

- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) will be an added advantage

- Solid verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
