Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Head to define the branch's growth strategies and align with broader organizational goals Identify and explore new business opportunities, including expanding service offerings, improving market penetration, and increasing operational capacity. Responsible for P&L; of Mumbai/ Pune Region.

Overall business development (forwarding Air and Sea , trucking , Heavy haulage , CHA , 3PL etc..) Oversee the entire freight forwarding process,



ensuring timely and efficient handling of ocean and air (Export & Import) shipments & custom clearance. To ensure an effective Customer Relationship Management at local level. To work on a continuous improvement plan to bring in efficiencies and lower down costs.

To maintain a high level of transparency in his functioning through an effective reporting system.

Be an integral role in new Business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding on new clients and improve revenue. To understating client challenges and presenting right solution and articulating solution benefits mapped to their needs Identifying potential customer with possessed strong customer Base.
