To lead and strategically manage the organization’s procurement function by ensuring cost-effective, timely, quality-driven, and risk-managed sourcing of materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing and project execution.

The role will also build a high-performing procurement team, leverage data and technology for procurement analytics, and contribute to improving working capital, procurement efficiency, project profitability, and overall business competitiveness.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education:

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Job Related Experience:





15 years experience in procurement / sourcing within Power / EPC / Industrial / Capital Equipment industries

Business Understanding:

Strong experience in procurement of High Value Equipment used in Oil&Gas;, Power and Process industry/ Boilers / cooling systems / heavy engineering components

Should have handled a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Engineers and GET

Proven track record in vendor negotiations and cost optimization

Exposure to project procurement and EPC environments

Others:

Proficiency in SAP/ERP.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Good communication and Leadership skills.

Robust attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
