Role Description The Dental Digital Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting and promoting INDENT’s digital dental product portfolio. This role involves engaging with dental professionals to demonstrate digital solutions, provide product training, and address technical and clinical queries related to digital workflows. The specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, assist in digital product launches, and gather feedback from customers to guide product improvements.

Daily tasks include conducting product demos in clinics and institutions, preparing educational materials,



maintaining detailed product documentation, and ensuring that users receive effective onboarding and post-sales support. The role also requires staying updated on industry trends and competing technologies to help INDENT maintain a strong market presence in digital dentistry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of digital dentistry concepts, including CAD/CAM workflows, intraoral scanners, dental imaging, and related software tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in customer interaction, product demonstrations, and training, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to dental professionals.
- Candidates should possess abilities in technical troubleshooting and documentation, including handling product issues, maintaining records, and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
- Candidates should possess competencies in collaboration and communication, working closely with sales, marketing, and clinical partners to support product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should ideally have a background in dentistry, dental technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field; prior experience with dental equipment or digital healthcare products is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, willingness to travel locally for client visits, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and industry best practices.
