? Hiring: Deployment Administrator | Maritime & Workforce Operations

We’re looking for a highly organised Deployment Administrator to coordinate the end-to-end deployment and mobilisation of maritime crew and travel-ready workforces.

? What You’ll Do

- Coordinate crew deployment, travel arrangements, joining schedules and logistics
- Maintain accurate deployment trackers, records and travel documentation
- Coordinate with crew, operations, HR teams, travel agencies and other stakeholders
- Track itineraries, flight details, joining instructions and schedule changes
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals and deployment requirements
- Identify and escalate travel or documentation issues that may impact deployment

? What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in maritime crew operations, crew deployment, logistics, global mobility or travel administration

✅ Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook





✅ Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills

✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

✅ Good understanding of global geography, travel routes and time zones

✅ Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally

⭐ Preferred Background

Experience in shipping/cruise lines, manning agencies, seafarer management, crew travel, global mobility, international workforce deployment or corporate travel operations will be an advantage.
