○ Proficient in identifying and handling various dental instruments. ○ Ensure all instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and arranged for use.
- Sterilization Process:
○ Adhere to strict sterilization protocols to maintain a clean and protected environment. ○ Monitor and record the sterilization process and equipment maintenance.
- Patient Documentation & Care:
○ Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and updates. ○ Provide compassionate care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist in Dental Procedures:
○ Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. ○ Ensure patients are comfortable and prepared for their treatment.
○ Hand instruments and materials to the dentist during procedures.
- Operatory Arrangement:
○ Prepare the operatory before each patient visit by setting up the necessary instruments and materials. ○ Ensure the operatory is clean and organized at all times.
