Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Delivery Partners to collect orders from our warehouse and deliver them to customers on time. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who are punctual, familiar with local routes, and committed to providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect orders from the warehouse and ensure accurate pickup.

- Deliver orders to customers at the specified address within the committed time frame.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure secure handling of packages and adherence to road safety regulations.
- Report any delivery issues or failed attempts promptly to the operations team.
- Maintain and care for your delivery vehicle to ensure smooth operations. Requirements:

- Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proven delivery experience is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and local roads/routes.
- Excellent time management, punctuality, and reliability.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Own 2-wheeler vehicle in good condition.
