Delivery Manager - Data Engineering

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Delivery Manager with strong expertise in data engineering to drive end-to-end delivery of data platforms using Azure and Databricks. The role focuses on leading large-scale data initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence, and providing technical oversight across Python and Spark-based data solutions.

Roles &

Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering programs ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Drive execution across multiple data initiatives within Azure and Databricks environments.
- Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and Spark.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to translate requirements into efficient data solutions.




- Ensure adoption of Agile practices including sprint planning, tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Establish governance frameworks, proactively manage risks, and ensure adherence to data engineering best practices.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and guide data engineering teams towards high performance and delivery excellence.

Required Skills :

- Robust experience with Databricks, PySpark, Python, and Spark.
- Expertise in Azure Data Services including ADF, ADLS, and Synapse.
- Proven experience in delivery management, stakeholder management, and Agile execution.
