Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a solid background in IT Contract Staffing and Enterprise Client Delivery. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing recruitment delivery teams, driving fulfillment for strategic accounts, maintaining client relationships, and achieving delivery and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for enterprise and strategic clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, senior recruiters, and delivery leads.
- Drive fulfillment of contract staffing requirements within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions and optimal hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Monitor delivery metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and onboardings.
- Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular delivery reviews, performance tracking, and team coaching.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development teams for account growth opportunities.




- Manage recruitment delivery across technologies including Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, SAP, ERP, Infrastructure, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in IT Staffing / IT Recruitment.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager or Team Management role.
- Proven experience handling large Enterprise Clients.
- Strong expertise in Contract Staffing delivery.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and driving performance metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Strong understanding of staffing KPIs, SLAs, and recruitment lifecycle management.
- Experience working with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Preferred Experience
- Exposure to MSP/VMS hiring environments.
- Experience supporting Automotive, Manufacturing, BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, or Product Engineering clients.
- Experience managing high-volume and niche technology hiring requirements.
