Job Summary

The Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight for Accors Distribution Hotel Systems DHS and associated platforms. The role ensures successful execution of application development, migrations, rollouts, and operational support across multiple business-critical streams, working closely with Accor stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Delivery Program Management: Own end-to-end delivery for Accor DHS and associated streams including RMS rollout, ME support, Opera data migrations, and data loading. Drive release planning, execution cadence, and delivery governance across multiple concurrent programs. Ensure delivery commitments on scope, timeline, cost, and quality. Act as the primary escalation and decision point for delivery risks and dependencies.

- Team Leadership Governance: Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across development, configuration, migration, and support functions. Define delivery models, team structures, POD readiness, and operational processes aligned with Accors roadmap. Establish delivery metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

- Stream Ownership: DHS Lead the complete product lifecycle of Accors bespoke PMS application FOLS desktop and mobile. Manage release planning, Agile sprints, development, maintenance, and L3 support.



Ensure technology and compliance adherence .NET, SQL, Android, OHIP integration with Opera Cloud.

Oversee

Accors central property technology services including Opera configuration, ORS support, release management, and OHIP administration.

- Opera Cloud Migrations Configuration: Lead migration of FOLS and Opera V5 properties to Opera Cloud. Plan and execute migrations with Accor and vendors, ensuring POD readiness. Manage data extraction, transformation, validation, CRS TARS, RMS configuration, and user management. Drive configuration-only projects and complex data migration initiatives.

- Additional Delivery Streams: RMS IDeaS rollout coordination with properties and vendors. ME platform functional support. Data loading across Accor distribution platforms. BPO services oversight for Accor ENA properties covering contracts, POs, and asset management.

- Automation Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize data migrations, configurations, and delivery processes. Improve speed, accuracy, scalability, and cost efficiency through reusable assets and tooling.
