About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with numbers, patterns, and business insights. As a Demand Planner, you’ll play a vital role in predicting demand, refining forecasting models, and enabling smarter purchasing decisions.

You’ll be using real product data, statistical tools, and cross-functional collaboration to help the business stay ahead of trends and reduce inefficiencies. It’s a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in supply chain while focusing on data analytics and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

- Demand Forecasting & Analysis – Use data and statistical models to forecast demand accurately, helping anticipate trends and inform purchasing decisions.
- Model Development – Use product-level data to develop and refine forecasting models that continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Optimization – Support inventory planning by providing reliable forecasts to avoid both shortages and overstocking.
- Market & Trend Research – Monitor seasonal fluctuations, market movements,



and industry shifts to strengthen forecasting insights.
- Performance Tracking – Assess product performance and supplier performance to ensure they meet company standards, suggesting improvements or reviews where required.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure forecasts translate into smooth supply chain operations.

Who You Are

- A graduate in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data sets, Excel/Google Sheets, and preferably forecasting/statistical tools
- Strong communicator and team player
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in demand forecasting, demand planning in FMCG sector is required
