Role: Delivery Lead (Saviynt) – Identity Security Governance (IGA)

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead with deep expertise in Saviynt IGA to oversee design, implementation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Saviynt engineers' team and track progress of all associated activities.
- Plan and deploy various initiatives and enhancements in Saviynt.
- Implement detective and corrective controls across all Saviynt functionalities.
- Develop SOPs and automate reporting jobs.
- Onboard disconnected and connected applications.
- Manage access review certification campaigns and establish reconciliation processes.
- Implement lifecycle management for non-human accounts and birth-right provisioning.
- Manage access approval workflows, AD group management, and static DL management.
- Write JSONs for lifecycle management activities.
- Handle ITSM queue management including problem tickets, incidents, and requests.




- Execute Saviynt upgrades and ensure least-privileged access alignment.

Requirements:

- Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on design and implementation experience in IGA tools.
- Saviynt Expertise: Minimum 4 years of recent, hands-on experience specifically with Saviynt IGA.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerShell and Java scripting.
- Operational: Ability to work in shifts (India and US time zones).
