Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Delegate Acquisition role based in Mira Road.

The Delegate

Acquisition professional will identify and prospect potential delegates for B2B events, build contact lists, and manage outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels. Daily activities include explaining event value propositions, addressing delegate queries, and securing registrations to meet participation and revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records provide feedback on delegate interactions to improve event positioning. The person in this position is expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, meet set KPIs,



and contribute to a positive attendee experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage confidently with business professionals.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or delegate acquisition for events, conferences, or similar B2B environments.
- Ability to research and identify relevant target audiences using online tools, industry databases, and professional networks.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email and calendar tools to manage pipelines and track outreach activities.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple conversations, and consistently achieve registration targets.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in data entry and follow-up processes.
- Understanding of B2B events, marketing, or media domains is an advantage; prior experience in similar industries is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Mira Road and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
