Role Description This is a full-time, in office Debt Recovery Operations role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing outbound and inbound calls to recover outstanding dues, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining professional and compliant communication with customers.

The team member will update and track case status in internal systems, follow standardized recovery processes, and escalate complex cases when necessary. The position includes coordinating with internal stakeholders such as quality, training, and client servicing teams to meet collection targets and service level agreements. The role also requires adherence to data security standards,



regulatory guidelines, and company policies, while contributing to continuous improvement in recovery strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to handle sensitive conversations and build rapport with customers.
- Candidates should possess knowledge or experience related to Insurance and Debt Recovery processes, including basic understanding of financial products and repayment structures.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to assimilate process guidelines, participate in coaching sessions, and support peer learning when required.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in collections, customer service, or BPO operations, especially within contact center environments.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM or call center tools, and strong attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should demonstrate resilience, ethical judgment, time management, and target-oriented work habits in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a graduate degree in business, commerce, or related fields is preferred.
