We are seeking an accomplished academic leader with robust administrative capabilities, sound technical knowledge and a commitment to academic excellence.

nEssential Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology or a relevant discipline is mandatory
n
- Master’s degree in MCA, Computer Science, IT or a related field
n
- Qualifications and experience must be in accordance with applicable UGC/AICTE norms
n
- Minimum 10 years of teaching, research and academic administration experience
n
- Prior experience as Dean, Director, Head of Department or in a similar academic leadership position will be preferred
n

nKey Responsibilities:

n

- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the MCA Department
n
- Develop and implement an industry-oriented, AI-enabled curriculum
n
- Ensure effective academic planning, timetable management and smooth conduct of examinations
n
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance,



attendance and faculty productivity
n
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, mentoring and performance evaluation
n
- Promote research, publications, patents, funded projects and industry collaborations
n
- Establish strong linkages with IT companies for internships, live projects, certifications and placements
n
- Encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, coding culture and participation in hackathons
n
- Ensure compliance with university, UGC, AICTE and institutional guidelines
n
- Support admission initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the MCA programme
n
- Work closely with the Training and Placement Department to improve student employability and placement outcomes
n

nPreferred Candidate Profile:

nThe ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills, along with a strong understanding of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing and Full-Stack Development.
