nRoles and Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 support for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM-related issues
n
- Strong hands-on experience in DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI)
n
- Experience with IPAM/Efficient IP/ BlueCat or similar DDI platforms
n
- Expertise in DNS zone management and zone migrations (intra-platform, cross-platform, on-prem to cloud)
n
- Solid experience with Active Directory-integrated DNS architecture
n
- Experience in DHCP configuration and integrations (Scopes, Reservations, Failover, Policies, AD integration)
n
- Manage and maintain DNS zones, records (A, CNAME, PTR, MX, TXT), and delegations
n
- Configure and manage DHCP scopes, reservations, exclusions, and failover setups
n
- Administer IPAM systems ensuring accurate IP allocation and documentation
n
- Perform DDI migrations, upgrades,



and deployments (on-prem & cloud)
n
- Conduct subnet planning and IP address capacity management
n
- Support Public DNS platforms (Azure DNS, AWS Route 53, external DNS & Ultra DNS)
n
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and escalations
n
- Execute change management activities (DNS updates, IP allocations) following ITIL processes
n
- Monitor DDI services availability, performance, and health
n
- Ensure compliance and security policies for DNS and IP management
n
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and audit logs
n
- Collaborate with network, security, and cloud teams for integrated solutions
n
