Debt Recovery & Collection Executive! We are seeking responsible and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Debt Recovery & Collection Executives . The role involves communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining skilled customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments. Achieve assigned collection targets within the given timelines. Negotiate and coordinate with customers for payment commitments. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns. Submit daily collection reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Eligibility: 10th / 12th / Any Degree Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Banking, Loan Collection experience is an advantage. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work towards targets.
