Hiring: Senior Database Administrator (Production Support)

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with a robust background in Production Support to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support production databases ensuring high availability and performance

Strong hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL

Perform database monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution

Work with AWS cloud infrastructure for database deployments and maintenance

Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies





Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for smooth operations

Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues

Required Skills

Strong experience in Production Support DBA role

Expertise in MySQL & PostgreSQL databases

Hands-on experience with AWS (RDS, EC2, CloudWatch, etc.)

Experience with database monitoring and alerting tools

Strong knowledge of performance tuning & query optimization

Good understanding of incident & change management processes

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Experience in automation/scripting (Shell/Python)

Exposure to DevOps practices
