We are looking for an experienced Database Specialist to design, optimize, and manage high-performance database solutions for large-scale applications. If you have deep expertise in Database Architecture, Python, AWS, and FastAPI, we want you on our team!

Mandatory Skills:

Database Architecture & Design

Python Programming

AWS (S3, Aurora, RDS)

FastAPI Development

Distributed Databases (SQL & NoSQL)

Performance Optimization & Query Tuning

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand business domain and data entities; model relationships effectively.
- Design scalable, effective solutions using Amazon Aurora & AWS RDS.
- Optimize performance through indexing, normalization/denormalization, and I/O tuning.
- Implement secure, resilient,



self-healing systems with rollback strategies.
- Develop FastAPI-based high-performance APIs.
- Write Python code for database utilities, procedures, and triggers.
- Monitor DB health, identify bottlenecks, and ensure observability & maintainability.
- Estimate and optimize AWS service costs.
- Own DevOps and release management for database systems.
- Collaborate with application teams to integrate backend and data APIs.

Good to Have:

- Experience with MySQL & PostgreSQL.
- Advanced Python programming skills.
- Prior experience in consumer digital platforms.
