Role: Data Scientist

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6-8Yrs

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience in Python and SQL
- Strong expertise in A/B Testing, Hypothesis Testing, and Experimentation
- Good understanding of Statistics, Statistical Inference, and Causal Analysis
- Experience in Machine Learning / ML Modelling
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, storytelling, and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
- Experience with Tableau will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and analyze A/B tests, experiments, and quasi-experiments




- Apply statistical methods to derive actionable business insights
- Build and/or deploy machine learning models as required
- Analyze complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns
- Present data-driven insights to business and senior stakeholders
- Develop scalable and reusable measurement frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

The role requires a strong combination of statistical expertise, experimentation, machine learning, business understanding, and stakeholder management.
