Role Overview :

As a Data Scientist at NexionPro, you will be responsible for translating complex business problems into actionable analytical models.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to design and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve exploring large datasets, developing predictive models, and communicating insights that directly influence strategic business outcomes.

This role is pivotal in shaping our data-driven product roadmap and ensuring that our technical outputs provide measurable value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy robust machine learning models to solve complex business problems, ensuring high accuracy and scalability for client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and translate business needs into technical specifications and data-driven strategies.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large-scale datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive product improvements and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Big Data technologies to ensure seamless integration and processing of high-volume data streams.
- Communicate technical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.




- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the internal knowledge base by sharing best practices in data modeling and algorithmic development.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python and R for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and building scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Exhibit deep expertise in applying Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP techniques to solve unstructured data problems.
- Possess strong command over SQL and data mining methodologies to extract and transform data from complex relational and non-relational databases.
- Showcase the ability to visualize complex data sets using industry-standard tools to provide clear, intuitive insights for business leadership.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark to process and analyze massive datasets efficiently.
- Maintain a strong grasp of statistical modeling and data architecture to ensure the integrity and performance of predictive systems.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences across Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with 5 - 10 years of qualified experience in data science roles.
- Show adaptability in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high productivity and collaboration across distributed teams.
