Your role in our mission When joining Gainwell, you will:

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced data pipelines, machine learning models, and AI solutions to address business challenges
- Analyze large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured) to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Lead model development, validation, and optimization to ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics,



and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and production-ready models
- Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting to communicate insights and model performance
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance data processes, models, and analytics capabilities

What we're looking for

- 5-7+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, data engineering, or advanced analytics roles
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in model development and deployment
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, data platforms, and cloud or big data technologies
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
