Skills

Total years of exp- 8-12 years

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data management within the Banking & Financial services industry.

Proficiency in English.

Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.

Working knowledge on Data Management & Data Quality policy & procedures implementation within Data management tools.

- Should have been part of 1-2 large engagements into production go live with positive project oversight and decision making skills within Data management & Governance.
- Proficient in Data Management and Data Governance concepts preferably within Banking industry.
- Previous working experience as Data Steward, interacting with Business stakeholders and working on BAU data processes preferred.




- Experience in Data Governance tools and technologies preferably Informatica DEQ, EDC, AXON etc.,
- Hands on experience implementing Data Strategy road map across the Organization.
- Preferred to have prior experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of domain-specific data governance needs.
- Experience using Informatica data governance tools, such as Axon, EDC (Enterprise Data Catalog), DEQ for implementing and supporting data governance initiatives

Responsible for working with business units to embed and adopt data standards and facilitating data stewardship.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or any related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
