Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to manage order processing, listing updates, billing, and reconciliation across our E-commerce, Q-commerce, and Modern Trade partner accounts for Saket,New Delhi. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and other relevant software, with strong accuracy and speed in data handling, and comfortable working across multiple partner portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, sales, purchases, and orders in Tally
- Manage order processing, PO (Purchase Order) entries, and dispatch data for E-commerce and Q-commerce partners (BigBasket, Milkbasket, Zepto, CityMall, etc.)
- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and stock availability on partner portals
- Coordinate with Modern Trade partners (Reliance Smart, Spar, Rajmandir, etc.) for order entries, invoicing, and stock updates
- Prepare and process invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain billing records
- Reconcile sales, stock, and payment data across all partner platforms on a regular basis
- Track pending POs, order fulfillment status, and returns/claims
- Maintain accurate product catalogs (Puja items, kits, accessories, etc.)



across all sales channels
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for GST, ledger, and financial data entry
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, and partner performance
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all company and partner data
- Handle MS Excel/Word tasks and other portal-based software as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of proven experience in data entry (preferably in FMCG, retail, E-commerce, or Q-commerce industry)
- Proficiency in Tally (ERP/Prime) is mandatory
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with E-commerce/Q-commerce partner portals (BigBasket, Zepto, Milkbasket, etc.) is a robust plus
- Experience with Modern Trade billing and order processes is preferred
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of GST and invoicing preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive data across multiple accounts

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Prior experience working with FMCG brands on Q-commerce/E-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with vendor/partner extranet portals and PO management systems
- Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain data management

Salary: As per industry standards
