Roles and responsibilities
- Enter and update customer details accurately in the system.
- Maintain consumer numbers, contact details, and addresses.
- Enter LPG cylinder booking and delivery details.
- Update booking, delivery, billing, and payment information.
- Maintain bills, receipts, and other office records.
- Update daily transactions in the agency software/portal.
- Coordinate with office and delivery staff.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of bookings, deliveries, and stock.
