Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Management professional at PPStack. The role involves designing and maintaining data management frameworks that support PPStack’s learning platforms, career programs, and business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing data governance processes, monitoring and improving data quality, managing master data across systems, and ensuring data is accurate, secure, and accessible to stakeholders.

The professional will collaborate with product, technology, and analytics teams to define data standards,



support reporting and insights, and align data practices with regulatory and organizational requirements. The role also includes documenting data policies, optimizing data workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of data-related tools and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Data Management and Master Data Management to structure, maintain, and harmonize key data assets across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Governance and Data Quality to define policies, ensure compliance, and maintain reliable, consistent data for decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, support reporting, and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
- Experience with databases, data modeling, and ETL or data integration tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security standards, especially in EdTech or digital services, is an advantage.
- Solid communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
