About The Role We are looking for a proactive and skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing the foundation for modern analytics and AI initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines that facilitate machine learning and business intelligence activities. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data is efficiently collected, processed, and made accessible for various analytical and operational purposes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data engineering within the Databricks ecosystem, with a focus on performance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 4 years of experience in data engineering or related fields. Demonstrated expertise with Databricks is essential, including platform engineering, data pipeline development, and analytics.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java is required, along with a solid understanding of Databricks APIs, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake. Candidates should have a background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.

Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle activities, familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and knowledge of MLOps practices are highly desirable. Strong collaboration skills, ownership mentality, and excellent communication abilities are key to success in this role.

Certifications such as Databricks Certified Professional are a plus, along with cloud platform experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines tailored for AI/ML workflows, including feature engineering and model training datasets. Design and implement robust data lakes, warehouses, and integration solutions to ensure data quality and availability. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deploy machine learning models and analytics solutions seamlessly within the Databricks environment.

Optimize

Databricks cluster performance to ensure cost-efficiency and resource utilization,



while implementing security features and enforcing data governance policies to maintain compliance with industry standards. Support MLOps initiatives by working with data scientists to deploy and operationalize machine learning models securely into production. Contribute to defining best practices, technical standards, and strategic direction for data engineering projects.
