What You'll Do

- Lead database migration and modernization initiatives on Google Cloud, helping customers move workloads into scalable, cloud-native architectures with minimal disruption.
- Design and implement robust migration strategies focused on Google Cloud technologies.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows for client delivery projects.
- Partner directly with clients,



project managers, and technical delivery teams throughout discovery, implementation, and production deployment.
- Maintain project velocity by balancing hands-on work with clear communication, documentation, and issue tracking.

What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience delivering data engineering and database migration projects, preferably on Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
- Strong command of SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
- Working knowledge of networking, identity, and security models in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Python and scripting for data workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.
