Key Skills Required
✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Databricks (Mandatory)
✅ Robust expertise in PySpark and Python
✅ Azure Cloud Services: ADF, ADLS, Azure Blob Storage, Key Vault
✅ Experience with data ingestion, connectors, and integration frameworks
✅ Strong SQL and performance tuning skills
✅ Experience building scalable data pipelines and Data Lakehouse solutions
✅ Good understanding of Data Architecture and DWH Concepts
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to collaborate with onsite teams and understand end-to-end business requirements
What You'll Do
? Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines
? Build secure, automated ETL/ELT solutions on Azure
? Optimize Databricks environments for performance and cost efficiency
? Troubleshoot production data pipelines and ensure data quality
? Drive best practices in governance, security, and reliability
? Collaborate with global teams including data scientists, analysts, and operations teams
