About the Role:

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Data Architect (Individual Contributor role) to design and govern an enterprise data architecture that powers scalable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between global business stakeholders, onsite teams, and engineering groups - building robust data frameworks and consolidating data from enterprise systems (APIs, operational systems, SQL Server) into Teradata to deliver analytics-ready datasets for downstream consumption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Architecture &
- Strategy: Design end-to-end enterprise data architecture, data models, and integration frameworks; define data governance, lineage, metadata, and architectural best practices.
- Pipeline &
- Integration Engineering: Architect, build, and oversee scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into Teradata from varied systems (Jira, Git repositories, SQL Server, REST APIs, etc.).
- Analytics Framework Design: Design structured, high-performance data frameworks that serve as direct inputs for core analytics and reporting teams.
- Reporting Enablement: Create analytics-ready datasets that drive Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, executive scorecards, and self-service analytics models.
- Global Stakeholder Management:



Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture while directly engaging with global leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Performance &
- Governance: Optimize query performance and schema design while ensuring strict data quality, consistency, and standardization across platforms.

Requirements &

Qualifications :

- Experience: 11 - 16 years of dedicated experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, and Analytics Platforms.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree (minimum 60% aggregate).

Core Technical Stack:

- Databases &
- Warehousing: Teradata, SQL Server, Advanced SQL.
- Data Modeling: Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modeling.
- Data Integration: ETL/ELT pipeline design, API integration, operational data transformation, and data lineage.
- Analytics &
- BI: Power BI, dashboard development, executive reporting.
- Scripting &
- Languages: Python.

Role Dynamics :

- Proven experience operating as a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) with exceptional business communication and data storytelling capabilities.
- Strong track record in global stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
