About the RoleZonious Technologies is looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the company.

This is a full-time employment opportunity, not an internship, training program, or educational program.

The Data Analyst will work with business and operational data to identify trends, measure performance, prepare reports, develop dashboards, and generate insights that can help the company improve its operations and support business growth.

This opportunity is suitable for final-year students, recent graduates, freshers, and early-career professionals who have a strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, technology, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and validate business and operational data.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports, performance summaries, and analytical reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support data-driven decision-making across different areas of the company.
- Analyze customer, marketing, sales, operational, and other relevant business data where applicable.
- Use tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies for analysis and visualization.
- Translate business questions into meaningful data analysis and actionable insights.
- Present analytical findings clearly to team members and management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support data-quality processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams on business and growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications




- Degree in, or currently pursuing a degree in, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment.
