Roles & Responsibilities:

- Continuous optimization and automation of reporting, further development of reporting tools, and active management of the reporting portfolio
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with headquarters in Germany (Reporting Factory/functional departments)
- Regular preparation of assigned reports, ensuring timely delivery and high quality
- Design and creation of management and operational reports (SAP Business Warehouse, Excel, Access, Power Query, visualization tools, robotics) to support business units
- Providing reporting expertise and consulting for business departments, including assessment of reporting requirements
- Definition, alignment, and development of interactive dashboards using modern visualization tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI)
- Independent management of reporting projects or sub-projects, as well as participation in reporting initiatives

Must have:

- Strong IT affinity and extensive data analysis skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and strong communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Access and macro programming
- Willingness to learn both technical aspects of reporting as well as business logics
- At least 5 years of professional experience in reporting or in the finance environment

Good to have:

- Knowledge of SAP
- German A2-B1 level
- Potential for personal development and strong communication skills
