3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics BI Data Engineering or Data Science

nAdvanced SQL including complex joins CTEs window functions and query performance optimization

nHands on proficiency in at least one BI or visualization tool such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik

nStrong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to work with business teams to shape analytical solutions

nPython or equivalent scripting such as R or PySpark for data manipulation automation or analysis

nGood to Have

nBI and Dashboard Development including DAX Power Query Power BI Report Builder Row Level Security dashboard performance optimization Snowflake or Azure Databricks





nData Modeling and Architecture including dimensional modeling data vault methodology dbt semantic layer design data governance and lineage

nData Quality and Test Engineering including ETL and pipeline validation data reconciliation and profiling automated testing frameworks and CI CD practices

nAnalytics and Data Science including statistical techniques such as regression and segmentation A B testing and experimentation machine learning exposure and product or ecommerce analytics

nAnalytics Leadership and Consulting including Client and CxO stakeholder engagement team and project management and mentoring
