About The Role We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Data Analyst / Data Engineer Intern to join our Product & Technology team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on building and maintaining robust data pipelines, creating insightful dashboards, and developing data-driven workflows that support our operational and strategic objectives.

The intern will play a key role in managing data flows across multiple systems, ensuring data quality, and enabling data accessibility for various internal teams. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about data engineering, analytics, and building scalable data solutions within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in computer science principles, with a particular focus on data management and analysis. Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential, along with a good understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

Candidates should have experience working with ETL/ELT pipelines, scheduled data jobs, and APIs. Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic scripting in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will be advantageous. A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities Data Engineering & Data Pipelines:

- Build, maintain,



and troubleshoot data pipelines across sources such as AWS RDS, Amazon Redshift, application databases, APIs, Google Sheets, and other internal systems.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Develop Python scripts for ETL/ELT workflows, data transformation, validation, and automation.
- Manage and monitor scheduled cron jobs and recurring data workflows to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify and resolve pipeline failures, missing records, duplicates, schema inconsistencies, and other data quality issues.
- Create data validation and reconciliation checks to ensure accuracy between source systems and dashboards.
- Work with APIs and JSON-based integrations to facilitate data movement across platforms.
- Document data sources, schemas, transformations, and dependencies to maintain comprehensive technical records.

Dashboarding & Frappe-Based Applications

- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, DocTypes, forms, workflows, and views within the Frappe Framework / ERPNext environment.
- Integrate Frappe applications with databases, APIs, and internal data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
- Create dashboards tailored for Product, Technology, Field, and Business teams to support decision-making processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured datasets, KPIs, filters, and visual components.
- Debug and resolve data discrepancies between backend databases and dashboard outputs.
- Enhance dashboard usability, optimize performance, and ensure data freshness for end-users.
- Support basic frontend customization using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Frappe scripting languages as needed.

- Utilize tools like Postman for API testing, debugging, and validation.
- Work with REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication mechanisms, and webhook-based integrations to facilitate data exchange.
- Perform quality assurance checks on product releases and data accuracy.
- Support workflow automation initiatives to streamline internal processes.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs for coding assistance, data analysis, documentation, and debugging tasks.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, data dictionaries, SOPs, and implementation notes to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
- Quickly familiarize with new systems and collaborate across multiple technology platforms to deliver effective solutions.
