About The Role

We are hiring Data Analysts to join a top US multinational corporation (MNC) that specializes in building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of qualified experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Analytics Consultant. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis is essential. Candidates should have a strong command of Microsoft Excel,



including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis techniques.

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is required for building effective dashboards and visualizations. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly. Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills are vital, especially in remote work environments.

Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple data sources.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze structured data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support data governance, documentation,



and reporting best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
