About the Project – Aura Workforce

Aura Workforce is an ambitious next-generation Workforce Operating System designed to unify Workforce Management, Payroll, Accounting, Team Collaboration, Project Management, AI Assistants, Workforce Analytics, and Business Operations into a single platform.

Unlike traditional cloud-only systems, Aura Workforce is being designed as an offline-capable and self-hosted enterprise platform where organizations maintain full ownership and control of their workforce and business data.

Our vision is to build a modern AI-powered business operating system that helps organizations manage employees, payroll, finance, projects, and operations through intelligent automation, workforce intelligence, and data-driven decision making.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret business and workforce data.

Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions.

Analyze employee, payroll, finance, project, and operational data.

Work closely with AI/ML teams to prepare and manage datasets.

Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from large datasets.

Create KPI dashboards and executive reports for workforce and business operations.





Support predictive analytics and workforce intelligence initiatives.

Collaborate with Software Developers, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Teams.

Contribute to the data and analytics capabilities of Aura Workforce.
